Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Developer with 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building dynamic, responsive, and scalable user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies and frameworks, strong UI/UX design principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Development: Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Designers and Back-end Developers: Work closely with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive web applications, while ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.
• Code Reviews: Review and maintain high coding standards, ensuring code quality and reusability by writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Feature Development: Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including feature scoping, technical design, coding, testing, and release.
• Testing & Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, and troubleshoot issues to improve user experience and ensure software reliability.
• UI/UX Standards: Ensure that the UI conforms to the latest design trends, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Documentation: Document UI components, architecture decisions, and development processes to ensure maintainability and transparency.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical leadership to junior developers in the team.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, UI frameworks, and tools, and share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years of professional experience in UI development.
• Frontend Technologies: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Frameworks/Libraries: Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• CSS Frameworks: Proficiency in CSS pre-processors like SASS/SCSS and UI component libraries like Bootstrap or Material-UI.
• Version Control: Experience with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Browser Developer Tools: Proficiency in using browser developer tools for debugging and performance tuning.
• APIs: Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and working with back-end developers to integrate front-end interfaces with server-side logic.
• Cross-browser & Mobile Development: Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design principles.
• UI/UX Design: Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to collaborate with designers and translate mockups into code.
• Testing Tools: Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
• Knowledge of modern web build tools and package managers such as Webpack, npm, or Yarn.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Travis CI.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Exposure to back-end technologies like Node.js is a plus.
