  • Understanding MS Teams Direct Routing and integration with Audio Codes SBC.
  • Coordination with Carriers, vendor, OEM, Client technical Team for new deployment or upgradationConfiguration of SIP trunks with peer SIP proxy serversIn-depth Knowledge of Media gateways & Session Border Controllers.
  • Knowledge and experience of SIP and telephony devices. Good understanding of Microsoft Teams.
  • Good understanding of VOIP devices.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing SBCslGateways.
  • Managing MS Teams Direct Routing and Microsoft Teams Room Systems.
  • Good Working Experience and understanding of various Codecs (G.711, G.723, G.729 etc.) and VoIP technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuation and Managing Teams Direct Routing infrastructure of customer. Configuration of Audio Codes SBC.Plan, design, deploy, and troubleshoot AudioCodes, Call Queues, Dial Plans, Voice Policies, Calling Policies, Auto-Attendants, SIP/E1/T1 trunks, and IP phones provisioning.
  • Manage Luware Auto Attendant system integration with MS Teams environment.Manage Endpoints like SBC, gateway, Meeting room endpoints.
  • Coordination with SIP Carriers, vendor, OEM, Client technical Team for new deployment or upgradation and capacity planningWorking on reported tickets and maintaining SLA.
  • Working on any issues reported by customers and responding to emails.
  • Monitoring the service, identifying, and fixing the issues proactively.
  • Reporting and handling customer calls for review of service. To support Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Meeting rooms for customers.
  • Enterprise Voice configurations and Direct Routing in MS TeamsIt would be desirable to have a working knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX, other Contact Centre SaaS products or have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience working with public cloud services specifically Azure and Microsoft 365.Experience with ATA / AudioCodes Media Pack devices for analogue telephony endpoints.Knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP, RTCP, SDP, audio codecs and video codecsExpertise in Session Initiation Protocol, PSTN Connectivity, VoIP, and Contact Center SolutionYou will be responsible for configuring Microsoft Teams environment with Enterprise Voice using On-Premises PBX PSTN/SIP, Voice infrastructure, conducting Enterprise Voice configurations, Phone System, Direct Routing and Teams Conferencing solution including Teams meeting Broadcast, performing Network assessment, and providing recommendations to remediate any underlying issues with connectivity and Network Performance

Technical Experience:

  • Clear understanding of Integration and configuration knowledge of MS Teams Direct Routing with Audio Codes SBC and administrationUnderstanding of real-time SIP protocols, 3-SIP messages response codes Knowledge on Microsoft Teams and their integration with SBCKnowledge of Audio codes phones, Poly Phones, Troubleshooting experience on Audio Codes SBC issues.Certification in MS Teams Enterprise Voice and on Audio codes SBCTelecom fundamental, PBX/PABX PSTN, Analogue/Fax transmission, Audio Digitization, ISDN, PRI/BRI E1/T1 digital carrier etcVoIP fundamentals, Network & Security, TCP/IP, SDP, RTP/RTCP, ICE, STUN/TURN, G.711/T.38 CodecRouting over a complex infrastructure (TDM , SBC, SIP, Media Gateways, VoIP, H.323 ) PBX, Codecs, QoS.Read logs/traces from MS TeamsSBC configurations and troubleshooting (AudioCodes)Deep level of understanding of voice technologies. Experience in supporting IP Fax servers.
  • Network and firewall related skillsetsAdministration and support of AudioCodes devicesStrong knowledge in troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark, Syslog ViewerKnowledge of telephony protocols such as SIP, ISDN, Fax, audio codecs and terminating telephony equipment.
  • Microsoft Teams PowerShell scripting experience or PowerShell Command Prompt.
  • Good understanding of IVR logic flows as they are fundamental to good customer experience and smooth contact center operation.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including LAN / SD WAN solutions and Firewall security.
  • Ability to identify when an issue is not progressing and taking ownership and giving direction to drive it towards resolution.Evidence of ability to investigate issues, analyze and present options for achieving resolution.
  • Ability to work independently.Experience in an operations environment, with a basic understanding of ITIL.
  • Stay updated with unified communications/collaboration industry standards and trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VoIP protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, ISDN, and codecs.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Your expertise will involve integrating telephony systems, configuring call routing, and ensuring seamless communication between Microsoft Teams and traditional telephony infrastructure. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting telephony-related issues, optimizing call quality, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and securit
