Role: Office 365 Administrator

Location: Greater Noida

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and design customized Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Implement and configure Microsoft 365 services and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 issues.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute migration plans.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and new features.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 implementations.
• Assist clients in developing governance and compliance policies for Microsoft 365.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for client Microsoft 365 environments.
• Work with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 +years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must Have Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of networking and security principles.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101) are a plus.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
