Closeloop Technologies - Office 365 Administrator - Intune Environments (7-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Office 365 Administrator with a deep understanding of managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in security, device management, hybrid integrations, and the implementation of best practices for endpoint management.

This role emphasizes ensuring the seamless operation, security, and compliance of the Microsoft 365 suite to drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Endpoint and Device Management :

- Utilize Microsoft Intune for device deployment and configuration, ensuring compliance with established policies.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows Autopilot configurations.

- Oversee conditional access policies within Intune to secure corporate resources.

- Manage the Company Portal for application distribution and user guidance.

- Leverage PatchMyPC for Windows application deployment, patching, and troubleshooting to maintain software consistency.

- Configure device policies and compliance rules within JAMF for macOS management.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement security policies through JAMF Pro and Intune to align with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Ensure familiarity with key security agents deployed to all endpoints, including Zscaler, Crowdstrike, and Cyberark.

- Develop and enforce compliance policies across both Intune and Jamf to protect corporate data and resources.

- Deploy Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, retention rules, and secure file-sharing protocols.

Integration and Automation :

- Integrate JAMF Pro with Azure AD and Intune to enhance centralized authentication and access management.

- Automate workflows for device enrollment, configuration, and monitoring using JAMF APIs and PowerShell scripts.

- Implement Zscaler for secure web traffic management and content filtering for all managed devices.

Performance and Support :

- Monitor system performance, compliance, and security through Microsoft 365 and Azure analytics.

- Generate comprehensive reports on system health, user activity, and security incidents.

- Provide advanced support and resolve escalations related to Office 365, Intune, and Jamf Pro issues.

- Conduct routine audits of configurations to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.

Training and Audits :

- Carry out regular audits to verify compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

- Develop onboarding documentation and provide technical guidance for managing Apple, Windows, and Android devices.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience managing Office 365 and Intune environments.

- Proven expertise in mobile device administration, security group management, and hybrid cloud integrations.

- Advanced proficiency in application packaging, DNS management, and endpoint security solutions.

Certifications :

Required :

- Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100, MD-101).

- Microsoft Certified : Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).

Preferred :

- Microsoft Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100, MS-101).

- Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).

- Microsoft Certified : Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200).

- CISSP or an equivalent security certification.

Technical Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Office 365 administration.

- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting processes.

- In-depth understanding of DNS management, Zscaler implementation, and mobile device security frameworks.

- Experience with Jamf Pro and macOS application packaging solutions.

- Familiarity with troubleshooting issues related to macOS operating systems.
