Softility - Azure Administrator - Active Directory (3-7 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Administer, manage, and maintain Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 environments.

- Implement and enforce security policies, compliance standards, and best practices across platforms

- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Azure AD and Microsoft 365.

- Configure and deploy Intune policies for device management, application deployment, and security.

- Enroll and manage devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) using Microsoft Intune.

- Configure device compliance policies and conditional access rules.

- Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration, and compliance issues.

- Implement mobile application management (MAM) policies for both managed and unmanaged devices.

- Implement and manage security features in Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and data loss prevention (DLP).

- Manage Azure subscriptions, resources, and virtual machines.

- Provide technical support to end-users for Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 issues.

- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and escalate issues to higher-level support teams as needed.

Technical Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune.

- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Conditional Access.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) principles.

- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
