Softility - Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture (3-6 yrs)

Here is the high-level JD for Java developers :

- Strong Core Java (JDK 8 plus) experience, Spring boot, Spring, Rest based Microservices

- Experience in cloud hosting and supporting applications (AWS / GCP )

- Proficient in CI/CD toolchain including Git, Junit, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifact repositories, SonarQube, Others

- Hands on experience with Container Orchestration, Kubernetes.

- Troubleshooting using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc in complex cloud-based environments.

- Understanding and working experience of Web protocols, Web Services and REST APIs.

- Solid understanding of Data management technologies, experience with at least one of the SQL and NOSQL (Cassandra) products.

- Research for the best practices, be resourceful in interfacing with different teams and roles

- Cloud and automation engineering experience in a mission-critical environment

- Scripting experience Python/Groovy

- An inquisitive mindset and a willingness to question designs and implementations. A huge appetite to learn and master new technologies and identify new technological solutions to problems.

- Experience in working with small teams of engineers on delivering initiatives from design through implementation to delivery and post release monitoring and operations support.
