Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer who can design, develop, and manage Java-based applications. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable Java applications.

- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and microservices architecture.

- Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning for new and existing systems.

- Ensure high-level security and responsiveness of applications.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in development standards and processes.

- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Java technologies and software engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

- Strong experience with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and Microservices architecture.

- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git, Bitbucket.

- Experience with Maven, Gradle, or other build tools.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and development practices (e.g., Scrum).

- Knowledge of Cloud services (e.g. , AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Familiarity with JPA/Hibernate for database interaction.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
