Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced JAMF Pro Engineer (L3) to manage and optimize macOS environments within enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Apple device management, security compliance, automation, and integration with enterprise tools.

This role focuses on ensuring seamless deployment, security, and compliance of Apple devices while driving efficiency through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Apple Device Management & Endpoint Security :

- Deploy, configure, and manage macOS devices using JAMF Pro.

- Oversee Apple Business Manager (ABM) and JAMF Pro integration for seamless device enrollment.

- Implement and enforce security policies through JAMF Pro to align with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Manage JAMF Self Service for application distribution and user access.

- Develop and enforce compliance policies across JAMF Pro to protect corporate data and resources.

Integration & Automation :

- Integrate JAMF Pro with Azure AD and Intune for centralized authentication and access control.

- Automate workflows for device enrollment, configuration, and monitoring using JAMF APIs, PowerShell, and Python scripting.

- Implement Zero Touch Deployment (ZTD) solutions using JAMF, ABM, and MDM best practices.

- Collaborate with security teams to integrate and manage security solutions such as Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and CyberArk on macOS devices.

Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting :

- Monitor system performance, compliance, and security through JAMF Pro and Apple diagnostics tools.

- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for macOS endpoint issues, security policies, and configuration management.

- Generate detailed reports on system health, user activity, and security incidents.

- Conduct regular JAMF Pro audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry best practices.

Training & Documentation :

- Develop onboarding documentation and technical guidelines for managing macOS devices.

- Provide technical training and mentorship to L1 and L2 support teams on JAMF Pro and Apple device management.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience managing Apple devices in an enterprise environment.

- Deep expertise in JAMF Pro administration, macOS device management, and security compliance.

- Strong knowledge of macOS application packaging, scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash), and endpoint security.

- Experience with hybrid cloud integrations (Azure AD, Intune) and mobile device security frameworks.

Certifications :

Required :

- JAMF 200, 300 or 370 Certification (JAMF Certified Tech/Admin).

- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).

Preferred :

- JAMF 400 Certification (JAMF Certified Expert).

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).

- CISSP or an equivalent security certification.

Technical Skills :

- Expert-level proficiency in JAMF Pro, macOS, and Apple Business Manager.

- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python for automation.

- Advanced knowledge of Apple device security, FileVault encryption, and compliance policies.

- Experience with network security solutions like Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and CyberArk.

- Familiarity with troubleshooting macOS, MDM configurations, and software packaging.
