Business Development/Key Account Sales-Field Sales

Role & responsibilities :

• Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, building strong relationships with CXO/CTO-level decision-makers.
• Maintain and grow business from existing customers by understanding their

needs and offering customized solutions.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new products/services to drive

additional revenue.

• New Business Development: Hunt for new accounts and generate business by showcasing value-driven IT-solutions.
• Customer Champion: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure quality solutions, timely delivery, and excellent support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate challenges to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Sales Excellence: Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain a robust sales funnel aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Provide accurate sales reports, competition analysis, and market trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with OEMs, partner ecosystems, and internal teams to deliver

holistic solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have experience in Direct sales/Area Sales/Field Sales/Semi-field sales.
• Would be add-on if candidates have experience in any IT-Services/IT-Sales/IT-infra sales/Hardware sales.
• Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
