Job Title: Power Sales Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead Revenue Management for our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue management, strategic account management, and business development, with strong technical expertise in intelligent connectivity, IT infrastructure and managed services.
- As the Power Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, minimizing rate erosion, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Management:
- Drive year-over-year (YOY) revenue growth for usage-based products.
- Minimize rate erosion through proactive management of churn (soft and hard).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and ensure smooth rate renewals.
- Strategic Account Management: o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.
- Achieve significant revenue growth and account penetration by aligning solutions with customer strategies and goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to collections.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to position the organization as a trusted partner in telecom, IT infrastructure, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with OEMs and other partners to deliver tailored solutions in unified collaboration, cybersecurity, managed mobility, and data center services.
Qualifications:
Education: B.E/B. Tech
- Experience: o 8 to 10 years in revenue management, strategic account management, and program management.
- Extensive experience in sales of intelligent connectivity and IT solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts.
Skills and Competencies:
- Deep understanding of IT and telecom solutions, including WAN, LAN, audio/video conferencing.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to assess market opportunities and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
