Account Manager - Sales - Travel/Transportation/Hospitality & Logistics Domain Business (10-18 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, and Logistics (TTHL) business. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in managing client relationships, delivering business growth, and owning end-to-end P&L management. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the TTHL domain and the ability to align client objectives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the TTHL sector, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.

- Anticipate client needs, identify business opportunities, and provide solutions aligned with their objectives.

P&L Management:

- Take full ownership of the account's P&L, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed financial targets.

Account Growth:

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and deliver exceptional client value.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with delivery, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

- Lead and mentor account teams to align efforts with client expectations and business objectives.

Market and Industry Insights:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the TTHL domain.

- Leverage insights to guide clients and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks to account performance and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
