Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 1-2 years in recruiting, preferably for medical billing roles

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for medical billing positions, including AR callers, Quality Analysts (QA), and other related roles within the medical billing industry.
• Job Postings & Sourcing: Create engaging job postings, screen applications, and actively source candidates from job boards, social media platforms, and networks.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leaders to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics to provide the best talent for each position.
• Offer Management & Negotiations: Extend job offers to candidates, negotiate salary packages, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Database Management: Maintain a well-organized database of candidates, track recruitment metrics, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in healthcare recruitment, particularly in medical billing, to help identify the best talent in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or similar healthcare-related roles (e.g., AR callers, QA).
• Knowledge of Medical Billing Processes: Basic understanding of medical billing, AR calling, and QA processes in the healthcare industry.
• Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency in utilizing job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to source, track, and evaluate candidates.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Relocation Flexibility: Willingness and ability to relocate to Bangalore as part of the role.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools to streamline recruitment processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Understanding of medical billing terminologies.
• Previous exposure to healthcare recruiting, particularly in roles such as AR callers or medical billing.
