Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Development Team : Supervise a team of software developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure team collaboration and productivity. Software Development : Design, develop, and deploy software applications using ASP. NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure.

Technical Design and Architecture : Create technical designs and software architectures that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

Code Review and Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement quality assurance practices to deliver high-quality software.

Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software solutions meet business needs.

Continuous Improvement : Keep up with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve software development practices and processes.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors /Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a technical lead and software developer, with strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure.

- Good to have worked on Gen AI based technologies

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Certifications in ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, or Azure
