We are seeking a Sales Training Manager-Contractual to lead learning and development initiatives within our organization.
This role will require extensive travel across India, with Mumbai as the base location.
Key Responsibilities (indicative, not exhaustive):
Learning & Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic Learning & Development (L&D) plan for a specific sales channel in collaboration with business leaders.
- Deliver training programs in line with organizational objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
- Design and manage innovative learning solutions, incorporating digital and interactive methods.
- Establish evaluation metrics and conduct effectiveness assessments to measure the impact of training programs.
- Generate data-driven insights through dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Research and integrate market best practices to enhance training strategies.
- Assist the Training & HR teams in ongoing and special projects.
Stakeholder & Training Management:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the training strategy for frontline sales teams.
- Assess large-scale learning needs and develop an effective training roadmap.
- Oversee the management of classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions, continuously optimizing processes.
- Implement a structured approach for trainer empanelment, onboarding, and capability building.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Design and implement engagement strategies that enhance training effectiveness and drive efficiency.
Project Management:
- Contribute to the design, execution, and evaluation of programs based on feedback and performance insights.
- Implement revisions to align training initiatives with business goals and corporate objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBA graduate with relevant experience in Learning & Development.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel training design and execution, including organization-wide talent development initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs and redefine existing practices.
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in tracking and reporting key training metrics for continuous improvement.
- This is a Contractual Role.
