About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Training Manager to lead the learning and development initiatives for our frontline sales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. As a Sales Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by enhancing team performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development:
- Develop and implement tailored learning and development plans for specific channels in collaboration with business leaders.
- Deliver high-impact training interventions aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and manage innovative learning solutions, ensuring post-training implementation and performance improvement.
- Design evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and ensure knowledge retention.
- Compile analytics and dashboards to measure training outcomes and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and share insights with management.
- Support Training and HR teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders to align training strategies with business needs for frontline sales teams.
- Conduct large-scale assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate strategies.
- Oversee classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions, focusing on continuous process improvement.
- Establish processes for trainer empanelment, enrollment, and enablement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Management:
- Lead the design, execution, and management of development programs based on evaluation feedback.
- Implement program revisions to ensure alignment with business needs and corporate objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate/MBA with a strong experience in Learning and Development.
- Proven experience in multi-channel training delivery, talent management, and program design.
- Strong ability to challenge and redefine practices for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Adept at multitasking, stakeholder management, and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Experience in the BFSI sector is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in tracking training metrics and producing comprehensive reports.
