Credflow - Assistant Manager - Training - SaaS/FinTech (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored for diverse customer segments, including SMEs and financial professionals.

- Create engaging training materials such as presentations, user manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs.

Training Delivery:

- Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure effective use of CredFlow's platform and features.

- Host webinars and workshops to educate users on best practices and advanced functionalities.

Evaluation and Improvement:

- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.

- Continuously refine training content and methods based on user feedback and evolving product features.

Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with the product, customer success, and support teams to address user challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to identify gaps in user understanding and product usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in training program management, preferably in the SaaS or Fintech industry.

- Proven experience in customer training, onboarding, or education for software platforms.

Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and financial tools used by SMEs, including Tally and Busy.

- Proficiency in creating multimedia training content using tools like PowerPoint, Camtasia, or similar.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts simply.

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.

- Analytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in Instructional Design, Training, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and LMS platforms.

- Understanding of cash flow management challenges faced by SMEs
