Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and create targeted sales campaigns.
- Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage the sales pipeline.
- Track sales activity, monitor progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
- Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Use this information to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Use data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team and senior management.
- Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement best practices.
