Credflow - Assistant Manager - Training (5-7 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Training to join our growing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs for our SaaS/Fintech solutions.

- You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers effectively utilize the CredFlow platform and maximize its value.

Training Program Development:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for new and existing customers.

- Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and online courses.

- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of training resources for customer reference.

Training Delivery:

- Conduct live and online training sessions for individual customers, groups, and channel partners.

- Effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers during training sessions.

Training Evaluation & Improvement:

- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and other relevant metrics.

- Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.

Customer Support:

- Provide post-training support to customers, answering questions and resolving any training-related issues.

- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
