Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Assistant Manager to lead the training initiatives for our SaaS/Fintech solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that empower customers and internal teams to effectively use CredFlow's platform.
This role requires experience in the SaaS or Fintech domain, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving customer success through training.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user guides, presentations, videos, and FAQs.
- Create tailored training programs for diverse customer groups, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to stay updated on platform updates and incorporate them into training materials.
Customer Training and Enablement:
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for SMEs and enterprise clients.
- Simplify complex product functionalities into easy-to-understand workflows for end-users.
- Provide post-training support to ensure knowledge retention and address customer queries.
Internal Team Training:
- Train internal teams, including sales, support, and customer success, to ensure they are well-versed in CredFlow's platform.
- Create certification programs to validate internal teams' expertise in product knowledge.
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, including quizzes, feedback forms, and follow-up sessions.
- Regularly review training content and update it based on user feedback, product changes, and evolving market needs.
- Monitor customer onboarding metrics and work closely with teams to enhance training delivery for better adoption.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between customers, product, and support teams to address training-related challenges.
- Organize workshops and webinars to showcase product updates, best practices, and advanced features.
Required Skills and Experience:
Domain Expertise:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training roles within the SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of SME financial management tools, cash flow processes, and business challenges.
Technical and Training Skills
- Proficient in designing and delivering training for SaaS platforms and financial tools.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Tally, Busy, or other accounting software is a plus.
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) for hosting and managing training content.
- Advanced knowledge of tools for content creation (e.g, PowerPoint, Canva, video editing software).
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to adapt training methods based on audience needs.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related fields.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Training and Development (e.g, CIPD, ISTD) or instructional design methodologies.
Experience with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe or Whatfix.
Knowledge of customer success practices and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
Understanding of customer onboarding and lifecycle management metrics
