Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create learning solutions.
- Design and develop engaging learning content (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, etc.).
- Deliver training sessions through classroom, virtual, and blended learning methodologies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to address specific training needs.
- Manage the LMS (Learning Management System) and track learning progress.
- Stay updated with the latest training trends, tools, and technologies.
- Coach and mentor employees for career development and upskilling.
- Handle vendor relationships for external training programs.
Key Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development (L&D), or Organizational Development.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and measure ROI on training initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certification in L&D, instructional design, or coaching (preferred but not mandatory).
