Key Responsibilities
- Day to day operation and management of the CSR Training and Skill building center
- Training Need Assessment of the youths in the community and design and implement CSR training and skill development projects aligned to Market industry need on the supply side
- Training needs of the farmers/agriculturist/others and organize the skill and training program
- Market / industry need assessment (Demand side) and appropriate employability training project / modular development
- Youths' mobilization for various employability and entrepreneurship development / training program
- Develop Modular Employability Training Program contents and module development and its testing and delivery
- Design and deliver soft skills / Personality Development module for youths; develop activity based soft skills module
- Career Counselling of youths
- Youth employability partnership identification and Training delivery with placement tracking
- Entrepreneurship development training for youths / women / families and financial / seed capital support and tracking of income
- Third party assessment of training and certification
- Develop partnership and linkages with Central / State / National Skill Development Corporation skills program
- Reporting / Management Information System (MIS)
- Plan and annual budget preparation and ensure budget spend as per the approved plan and budget and financial record keeping
- Employee Volunteering program for the training center requirements
- Knowledge & skills of CSR employability training Centre
- knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship training and support for small business.
- Good reporting skills.
- Understand PRA techniques.
- Soft skills and counselling techniques familiarization
