Job Description :

Job Purpose- Develop, plan and report the annual budget and business targets in order to reach business interest level and assist in the controlling and execution of plan and effective utilization of budget to achieve strategic objectives, business goals and vision of the organization

Key Accountabilities:

- Develop policies and procedures for budget adherence and alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with FP&A to create annual budgets and set business targets.

- Lead financial budget preparation and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

- Support automation of financial controls in collaboration with business process and ERP teams.

- Prepare monthly variance reports to provide timely, accurate information for decision-making.

- Guide divisional budget submissions and ensure accurate consolidation.

- Analyze financial data to assist business heads in decision-making and corrective actions.

- Monitor actual expenditures vs. planned budgets and initiate corrective measures.

- Support long-term budgeting for capital and operating expenditures.

- Ensure timely MIS reporting to top management for monitoring budget utilization.
