Job Summary:
The Training Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance. They monitor training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay updated on training trends. This may process of planning and coordinating to help employees acquire the knowledge, skills, and abilities they require to perform their jobs effectively. This may involve developing training materials, scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance and progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Managing Training for coding part of training and development
- Governing tracking monitoring the progress of the Various projects in Training
- Addressing the challenges and coming up with solutions to improvise the process.
- Measuring the effectiveness of the training and ensuring the throughput of every batch trained is at 80%.
- Supporting HR, operations, and Training team by screening and interviewing candidates for open positions.
- Supporting Operations in raising the requisitions every month for new and backfill positions and coordinating with the management to get the necessary approvals to close the requirements on time.
- One who is open to challenges and much aligned to the process.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7-15 years of experience in US Healthcare coding industry
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Training and Development
- Project management experience would be added advantage.
- Strong Presentation skills
- Confident, initiative-taking and committed to providing results.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, ability to work on
- Multi-projects independently and service minded attitude
- Should have working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel & MS-PowerPoint)
- Should be willing to travel to different sites per business requirement.
- Good in Multi-Tasking and Flexible to take additional responsibilities or challenges.
- Good Team Player.
