Job Description
We are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the Unsecured digital lending ecosystem. Responsibilities: - Driving Pan India collection for cash loans, BNPL, consumer loans through multiple tele calling and field agencies.
- Focus on aggressive pre delinquency management.
- Responsible for tracking and controlling the delinquency - Bucket-wise and DPD-wise - and focusing on non-starters.
- Responsible for reviewing account allocations and collections targets by the bucket to agencies.
- Work closely with Risk Management to design collections strategy. This includes segmentation, tools, technology, geography, and process.
- Development and enhancement of analytics and MIS-driven culture to the project, track and deliver optimized financial results in collections, recoveries, and expenses.
- Identifying trouble spots and implementing collection-related programs.
- 9+ years experience in the collections department with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech with a Masters degree.
- Experience in building collection operations from ground up and scaling them is a big plus.
- Must have managed multiple collection agencies and tele calling set ups.
- Should have exposure to unsecured loans i.e., PL, BNPL and small ticket loans.
- Should have experience in identification, onboarding, driving external collections agencies across various buckets.
- Aggressive resolution management.
- Well versed with prevalent market practises and policies in this segment.
