Job Description
- Handling the registrations (website Inquiries) and Closure of Leads.
- Leads and Follow-ups until maturity, consistent in performance and achieving targets.
- Acquisition of Demat / Trading account from leads and existing clients.
- Open new customer accounts and cross-sell wealth product
- Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain about the products.
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs
- Lead Conversion.
- Acquiring the client from the leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieving monthly targets leads to conversion.
- Maintain and update the leads database. responsibilities
- Follow communication protocols, and rules, adhere to SOP Policies
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with shifts and timings
- Open to work on weekends also if required
- Should be pro-technology and should have experience of working with CRM Systems
- Should have some basic knowledge of stock broking Industry (preferable)
- Preferably from the broking Domain.
