Job Description
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our HFT team as Strategy Designers. The ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in designing HFT strategies and a strong academic background in technology. Previous employment with reputable HFT trading companies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-frequency trading strategies to optimize trading performance and profitability.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate trading strategies, making adjustments as needed to adapt to market conditions.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers, developers, and traders to enhance trading strategies and algorithms.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing HFT strategies within a fast-paced trading environment.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management, with experience in guiding and developing team members.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
