Job Description
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers issues, and offering solutions promptly.
- Process customer requests efficiently using CRM software to update records accurately.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing transactions, resolving complaints, or escalating complex issues to senior team members.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.
- They should have excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility with shifts and timings.
- Open to work on weekends also if required.
- Should be pro technology and should have experience of working with CRM/Ticketing Systems.
- Should have some basic knowledge of stock broking Industry (preferable).
- Preferably from Stock Broking Domain
