The International Telecaller plays a vital role in fostering global customer relationships and driving company revenue. Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new clients through research and cold calling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in an international market.

I visited for an interview and found the office ambience very pleasing, though the office assistant didn't offer me coffee. Despite being shortlisted in the first round, I didn't proceed to the second round. However, the positive atmosphere and enthusiastic staff left a lasting impression. Though not successful this time, i aspire to join this company in the future.

Dislikes

The in all office experience is great and everything is in order only the communication between department can be improved.
