Office Runner
Position Overview:
An Office Runner ensures smooth office operations by assisting with administrative tasks, running errands, and supporting various departments. This role requires a proactive, adaptable individual capable of handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running: Deliver documents, packages, and supplies to departments, clients, or vendors. Pick up office supplies and transport materials as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and sorting mail. Help set up meeting rooms and handle deliveries.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain office organization, including common areas and inventory management for supplies and equipment.
- Communication Support: Act as a point of contact for office needs, answer calls, and assist with interdepartmental communication.
- Meeting and Event Support: Set up refreshments, equipment, and seating for meetings and events.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist staff with various office-related tasks and respond to special requests.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficient with office equipment and basic software.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma (preferred).
- Experience in an office support role is a plus.
Work Environment:
