Overview:
The Sales Executive (Insurance/Real Estate) plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for the organization. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the insurance or real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the insurance or real estate market
- Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer onboarding and service delivery
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports to management
- Staying updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices
- Attending industry events and networking to expand the client base
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and client interactions
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales within the insurance or real estate industry
- Strong understanding of insurance or real estate products, services, and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- High level of self-motivation and resilience
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed
