- Proven experience as a sales executive or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Possess a real estate license as per local regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with online property portals and listings.
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual.
- Valid driver s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
