Job Description
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operational tasks.
- Supervise and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Manage the restaurant s inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their resolution.
- Monitor and maintain food quality standards.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Experience in team leadership and staff development.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with menu development and food trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed.
