Required Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with data analysis and research methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Experience with project management tools or software is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts and business principles.
