  • Develop and implement franchise sales strategies to achieve corporate growth targets.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of franchisee performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and legislative changes related to franchising.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in franchise sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and industry events.
  • Experience with lead generation and marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape and market dynamics.
  • Passion for the franchising industry and dedication to support franchisees.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of franchise economics.
