- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in franchise sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and legal requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and industry events.
- Experience with lead generation and marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and market dynamics.
- Passion for the franchising industry and dedication to support franchisees.
