Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with the company s growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate the company s products or services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create awareness and lead generation campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Review and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies based on market research.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure the proper documentation of contracts.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, competitors activities, and market trends.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and share insights for collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
