Job Description

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through networking and market analysis.
Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
Networking capabilities and a robust professional network.
Sound negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts amicably.
