Job Description
- Identify and target new potential clients via inbound and outbound strategies (calls, emails, online outreach).
- Qualify leads and assess their requirements to understand their educational needs.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations via phone or video calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on lead conversion and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and user experience.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the EdTech industry.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or tele-sales (EdTech experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for education and technology.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the EdTech sector.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and tools in online learning platforms.
- Ability to understand and explain complex educational products to diverse audiences.
