Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through outbound calls, presenting products and services.
- Research and identify potential markets and target customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with international clients through effective communication.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions promptly.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to refine strategies.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends to facilitate informed conversations.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to enhance conversion rates during calls.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skill sets.
- Evaluate feedback and suggest improvements to calling strategies.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Exhibit cultural sensitivity and adaptability when communicating with international clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role, preferably in international markets.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and telecommunication tools.
- Demonstrated sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work in varying shifts to accommodate different time zones.
- Knowledge of global market trends and cultural nuances.
- Familiarity with negotiation and persuasion techniques.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on relationship building.
- Capacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel may be required based on market outreach initiatives.

I visited for an interview and found the office ambience very pleasing, though the office assistant didn't offer me coffee. Despite being shortlisted in the first round, I didn't proceed to the second round. However, the positive atmosphere and enthusiastic staff left a lasting impression. Though not successful this time, i aspire to join this company in the future.
Dislikes
The in all office experience is great and everything is in order only the communication between department can be improved.
