Job Description
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for sales and marketing roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various levels.
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top sales and marketing talent.
- Sourcing & Networking:
- Utilize job boards, social media, industry-specific sites, and networking events to source qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sales and marketing talent for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Interviewing & Selection:
- Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and present top candidates for selection.
- Onboarding & Reporting:
- Oversee onboarding for new hires and ensure proper training and integration into the company.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on trends and hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum Years of experience in non-IT recruitment, particularly in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
