Job Description

Department: Digital Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our websites search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and enhancing the overall online visibility of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (on-page SEO).
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
Analyze and optimize website structure, content, and navigation for better user experience and SEO performance.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in blog posts, landing pages, and other content.
Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Generate regular reports on SEO performance and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO tools and strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
