Job Description

3-4 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Understanding of Keyword clustering and SEO-friendly website architecture
Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, AhRef, Google Search Console
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Should be able to conduct a competitive analysis of other companies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth, marketing, social media marketing, and advertisements, is a plus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints will be a plus
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

What You Will Be Doing:

To develop optimization strategies that increase the companys search engine results rankings
To research SEO keywords to use throughout the companys website and marketing materials and to recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
To constantly check search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
To set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
To monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
To efficiently communicate collaborate with other marketing professionals team members to align with SEO strategy
To write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
To update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
To work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
To work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
To run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase revenue through sponsored online advertising
To engage with other businesses (affiliates) over link-building opportunities, to bring in paid commission for driving customers to their websites
To employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
To drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website through effective community building
To use social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link back to the site of the organization
To monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes in the SEO landscape
To develop and integrate content marketing strategies
To continue checking search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
