About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the strategic talent acquisition needs of our MD's office. This role is unique in its focus on acquiring talent with expertise relevant to the brand licensing and franchise sales industry, with a particular emphasis on the luxury goods market. While direct recruitment experience in all the listed roles is not mandatory, a strong business acumen, a passion for learning new industries, and a proven ability to quickly grasp complex concepts are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with 1-5 years of TA experience to develop specialized expertise in a high-growth sector.
Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition for Key Functions: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within the MD's office, including: Fundraise & Investor Relations (IR), Strategic Partnerships, PR & Digital Marketing, Advertising Manager, Content Executive, Creative Executive, Cinematographer, Research Analyst and Project Manager, to name a few.
- Rapid Industry Immersion: Quickly develop a deep understanding of the brand licensing, franchise sales, and luxury goods ecosystem, including key players, industry trends, and specific skill sets required for each role.
- Targeted Sourcing & Research: Develop and execute highly targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, industry publications, networking events, and other relevant channels. Conduct in-depth research to identify ideal candidate profiles and understand market dynamics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Needs Analysis: Work closely with the MD and other senior leaders to define precise role requirements and understand the business context for each hire. Effectively translate business needs into targeted search criteria.
- Effective Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments, focusing on transferable skills, learning agility, and cultural fit. Develop structured interview guides to evaluate candidates' understanding of the relevant business concepts.
- Building Talent Pipelines & Market Intelligence: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines and gather market intelligence to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding & Networking: Represent the company at industry events and build relationships within the brand licensing and franchise community.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activity.
Qualifications :
- 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new industries and concepts.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated approach.
- A genuine interest in the brand licensing, franchise sales, and luxury goods industries.
