Strategic Partnership Manager (Mumbai Candidates Only)
Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.
- This critical role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and nurturing successful partnerships.
- This role is based in Mumbai and requires candidates to be located in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, research, and evaluate potential strategic partners that align with our business objectives and target market.
- This includes market analysis, competitor research, and attending industry events.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead the negotiation process for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage contract renewals and amendments.
- Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- This includes developing joint marketing plans, co-creating content, and coordinating product integrations.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate results and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize partnership performance.
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new potential partners.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and track progress through the partnership development lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets allocated for partnership activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g , Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must be located in Mumbai.
