Job Title : Strategic Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:
- Align with the company's overall strategic objectives and develop a comprehensive partnership roadmap for cross-border payments.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential partners (banks, fintechs) with complementary strengths and target customer segments.
- Prioritize and segment target partners based on strategic value and potential impact.
- Proactively reach out to and build relationships with key decision-makers at target banks and fintech companies.
- Conduct high-level meetings and presentations to articulate the value proposition of partnering with our company.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, including pricing models, revenue sharing arrangements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Secure necessary approvals and finalize partnership agreements.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of existing partnerships, ensuring smooth integration and ongoing performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of each partnership.
- Proactively identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise.
- Continuously analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the fintech and cross-border payments landscape.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust the partnership strategy accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of proven experience in strategic partnership development within the cross-border payments industry.
- 6+ years of experience in a relevant role within the banking or fintech sector, with a strong focus on cross-border payments.
- Deep understanding of cross-border payment processes, including regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and operational workflows.
- Proven knowledge of the fintech payment landscape, including emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
- Experience with commercial licensing, particularly with respect to Payment Aggregator (PA) models.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify key insights.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
