1. We are seeking an expert in customer acquisition (sales) funnel conversion improvement to lead the growth effort.

2. Strong knowledge of conversion funnel concept, automation tools, data-driven decisioning and digital marketing

3. This is a leadership job. You will have a substantial influence on Karbon FX s marketing and acquisition strategy and achieve the goal by leading a group of talented young growth associates.

Core objectives of this job

1. Conversion improvement: Improve the acquisition funnel performance

2. Target identification: Ideate, identify and demonstrate effectiveness of targeting strategy

3. Campaign and engagement operations: Demonstrate expertise in B2B data source access, enrichment, campaign operation and engagement techniques.

4. Insight development: Improve the quality of decision through rigorous hypothesis and iterative experiments.

Competency

1. Deep experience in managing CRM, automation tools, data tools for marketing purposes, ie, Airtable, customer.io, LinkedHelper, etc.

2. Experience in online and offline marketing tactics, outbound engagement campaigns and feedback loop.

3. Deep knowledge of B2B digital marketing strategies

4. Highly result oriented

5. Strong execution skill

6. Communicate purposefully, with clarity and precision

Your day-to-day job responsibilities

1. Plan and launch growth campaigns on various platforms and tools

2. Analyze campaign results

3. Maintain dashboards & databases

4. Design campaigns with clear goals. Execute with precision.

5. Plan next growth campaign

6. Conclude campaign performance, assess gap between goal and actual performance, analyze root cause and propose optimization.

Qualification

1. 4+ years of growth marketing experience

2. 1+ years of leadership experience

3. Engineering / computer science background is required
