Talent Acquisition- Non-Tech (Bulk Hiring)
We will be doubling the size of our Customer Success Team, from 35 to nearly 70 Loopers. This function is responsible for B2B account renewal and expansion - and will be the largest revenue-generating team at Loop in 2025. Bringing on India's best account managers and customer relationship experts is a core capacity of our team. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will work directly with our co-founder and CSM leaders on building an amazing talent attraction engine and achieving hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Execute talent acquisition strategy in line with Customer Success functions' goals & objectives
- Process Management: ensure the organisation's recruitment process - job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews etc. is managed
- Drive referral hiring where required including communication/branding strategy across channels.
- Proactively seek market intelligence/ latest industry trends to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Continuous improvement mindset - suggest new ideas / solutions for improving talent acquisition activities
- Have a strong bias for using data to solve problems, data analytics and reporting
- Data analysis & reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics & analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key recruitment KPIs.
Job Requirements And Qualification:
- MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR with 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Exposure to bulk hiring / sales / customer success hiring is mandatory.
- Exposure to the start up environment is an added advantage.
- Experience sourcing from different channels - consultants, job portals, self-sourcing, referrals, etc.
- Understanding and hands on experience with Application tracking system(s).
- Impactful presentation style
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
