Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while effectively collaborating with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to drive recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source top IT talent through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit based on technical skills and culture alignment.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and decision-making with hiring teams.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining proactive communication and transparency.
- Leverage recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and databases to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with hiring managers, leadership, and business teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Technical Hiring Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment analytics.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address hiring challenges with creative sourcing techniques.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
