Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Strategy & Process Execution:
- Develop innovative strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Use recruitment tools (ATS, CRM) to track applications and improve efficiency.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Market Research & Analytics:
- Keep track of IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports on hiring metrics.
Key Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development roles, and IT infrastructure hiring.
- Experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in startups, product-based companies, or tech consultancies.
- Experience hiring for niche tech roles like DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with diversity hiring and employer branding strategies.
