About the Role:
This is not a conventional TA role-it's an opportunity to redefine how talent is identified, attracted, and onboarded for a deep-tech environment. The role involves designing talent strategies, behavioral analysis, and perception engineering to build a workforce optimized for invention rather than execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role Invention & Market Research: Work with leadership to design unique roles, analyze market trends, and map skill combinations that don't exist yet.
- Talent Discovery & Branding: Engineer a multi-channel candidate discovery strategy, leveraging digital platforms where niche talent engages.
- Behavioral & Critical Thinking Analysis: Study candidate behavior pre- and post-hiring to refine hiring strategies and ensure alignment with the organization's vision.
- Interview & Evaluation Design: Create structured hiring journeys that begin the learning and onboarding process within the interview itself.
- Data-Driven Hiring Optimization: Design analytical probe points to measure and refine hiring efficiency through continuous feedback.
- Campus & Fresher Hiring Strategy: Develop a scalable approach to campus recruitment, leveraging data, branding, and engagement tactics to attract the right talent.
What You Bring?
- Strong strategic thinking and curiosity to explore unconventional hiring approaches.
- Ability to study and contrast job roles across industries and align hiring with business evolution.
- Experience in branding, candidate perception engineering, and digital outreach strategies.
- A data-driven mindset to optimize hiring processes and talent pipelines.
- Exposure to high-growth or deep-tech environments is a plus.
- This role is deeply integrated with organizational building efforts and involves working closely with Founders, Branding, Tech, HR, and Finance teams to drive a transformative approach to hiring.
