Job Description

Overview: The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and establishing lasting relationships with clients. This position is integral to our expansion strategy in Mumbai, where the candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align objectives and achieve targets. Business Development Executives serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring that their needs are met through tailored solutions. Their contributions not only enhance revenue but also strengthen the brands presence in the market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategies.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective follow-up.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the brand.
  • Gather feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop proposals and bids for prospective clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Work with the finance team to prepare pricing models for quotations.
  • Report weekly on progress and outcomes to management.
  • Drive customer satisfaction efforts to ensure long-term loyalty.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Personal integrity and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
